About me me
Fashion designer —> UX designer
My background is in sustainable fashion design, where I learned that design isn't just about how things looks. It carries responsibility, shapes experiences and solves real problems for people. That's what pushed me to find a discipline where I could combine my love for research, people and design to make an impact on peoples lives.
What does UX mean to me
As a kid, I always took things apart to understand how they worked, primarily because knowing why mattered more. That curiosity never went away, it just moved from objects to people and the systems they use.
Human experiences turned out to be the most interesting problem I could dissect. The more people I met, the more I noticed the small frustrations hiding in everyday products and experiences. Hearing all these different stories made me want to find a solution. Design gave me a way to act on it, so I took my skills of uncovering peoples problems and stories to improve their everyday experiences.

I live in beautiful Aotearoa (New Zealand) so you'll find me…
Going for long walks at the beach or in the forest
Training at the gym, swimming or at the sauna
Sewing my next creation
Reading my next fantasy novel
